Linda Sawrey
Counsellor & Psychotherapist
Linda holds a Master’s Degree in Gestalt Psychotherapy, a Master of Business Administration, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Science (Nursing). She is a registered Clinical Counsellor with the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA) and is also a registered nurse with APHRA. Linda’s primary aim during her sessions is to support you in your personal journey to learn, grow, and achieve a sense of balance in your life. She has a genuine passion for working with individuals of all ages and possesses extensive experience in assisting a diverse range of people, including those with complex needs.
Having worked in the nursing profession before retraining as a Counsellor and Psychotherapist, Linda offers a holistic approach to supporting individuals to grow and flourish. She emphasizes the importance of integrating a person’s overall health by considering the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit.
With over 30 years of experience in healthcare serving as an Emergency Department Nurse, Patient Safety Officer, Quality and Risk Manager, and ultimately as a Counsellor and Psychotherapist, Linda is deeply passionate about caring for others and is committed to helping create a safer and brighter world for everyone.
