As a dedicated professional, Natalie is a member of the Australian Counselling Association (ACA) and serves as a Professional Supervisor within the ACA College of Supervisors. She provides supervision and mentoring to both practising counsellors and counselling students, helping to enhance their clinical skills, professional development, and ethical practice.

Natalie Daugherty is a highly skilled psychotherapist with a deep commitment to supporting individuals, couples, and families through life's challenges. With over seven years of experience in clinical practice, including working as a school counsellor in both NSW and Queensland, she specialises in individual therapy, couples, parenting, and family counselling. Natalie is trained in Level 2 Gottman Method Couples Counselling and has particular expertise in Bowen Family Systems Therapy, a therapeutic approach that focuses on understanding the dynamics of family relationships and how these dynamics affect emotional regulation and personal growth. Bowen Family Systems Therapy helps individuals improve their emotional functioning by exploring patterns of behaviour within the family system, enabling clients to make healthier choices and build stronger relationships.
